If I am correct (because I didn't have it much with my first son) it is a very sharp intense pain on either or both sides of your uterus. You get it when you stand up to fast or stretch to far.
I started getting it about 2 weeks ago and YOWZA. I have to remember to get out of bed very slowly in the morning!
Pain in your abdomen that you notice after sudden movement due to the ligaments stretching. It can be a dull or a sharp pain and usually doesn't last very long.
I got it as early as 6 weeks. Basically, it is pain from your Round-Ligament (the ligament that suspends your ute) stretching and preparing you for birth. It can be painful if you move too quickly (coughing, sneezing, laughing) - especially if you are in the wrong position. For me, it is when I am laying flat on my back. It is a quick sharp pain that stretches from the right side of your lower abdomen to your left. Sometimes only one side hurts or both. There is nothing you can do about it but to shift positions and resting.

I started feeling it between 10 and 15 weeks.
