HUGE HUGE vent: condo, i'm pissed

Sorry to say it like that but ugh.

The contract fell through on the condo b/c of a nervous first time homebuyer that went over EVERY LITTLE minute detail.  My agent has bent over backwards, as has the buyers. 

It's ridiculous.  No better words besides I'm pissed.  I wanted this gone, over and done with and had lowered it 25k.
