Can't get pic to post...grrr

How can I upload a picture to a post to where it will show instead of it showing the goofy box? I wanted to post my belly pic from this week and I can't get the picture to upload. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Can someone help?

What are you using?

First, make sure you upload the pic to a website like photobucket, tinypic,  etc.  You should get a direct link with the picture.  Take this code:

[*img]picturelinkhere[*/img]

Then remove the asterisks, and voila! Hope that helps...

or just click the tree pic, insert your URL from photobucket / shutterfly/tinypic etc and you shoudl be golden.
