My little "woo hoo" moment for today

I had my first appointment with my midwife today (switched over from my family doctor) and as she was prodding my tummy, she said: "Do you work out?" 

So I replied "Umm... yes." I hesitated because all I've done lately is walking and yoga about 3 times a week.

She replied "Yeah - you have excellent abdominal muscle tone".

WOO HOO! haha. Since I've been feeling fat and frumpy, that was unexpected and pretty much made my day. Hee hee...
