2nd Trimester

WHat was I thinking???

I have a Dr Appt today (read: time to hit the scales!) and I just ate a two entree (both Orange Chicken) from Panda Express for lunch. I was starving.  My appt is in antoher 4 hours, but I was planning on having a salad for lunch. Oops....I forgot....lol

  • LOL! I always try to eat light before my appointments! Anything to help the scale show less. Hell, I'd strip down naked to weigh if they'd let me.

    LOL I hate being weighed at my appointments. I actually weigh myself in the morning, after I pee, before getting in the shower, before I eat. That way I should weigh the least at that point in the day. Yes, very particular. I don't even bother getting on the scale if I have already eaten because it will lie to me! haha. I wish I could at least strip down to a gown or have them subtract a pound or 2 for clothes... err. I'm always thinking "I didn't weigh that much this morning :-(

    Me too! I always wish they would subtract some pounds for clothes. If I'm wearing work clothes, I bring something lighter to change into before the appt.
