I don't know if I was just laying in a position where I could feel him, but I felt like little bubbles were all popping on the inside. It was the coolest feeling ever. My sono tech said she was surprised I hadn't felt him already b/c of how active he was and where he was sitting...
Small vent: Does anyone else hate when other people tell them "Oh you aren't far enough along to feel that" or " there is no way this is happening to you". I just want to say "Everybody's body is different and it is very rude to tell people what they are and are not feeling." Ok thanks for letting me vent!
Re: Baby movement...
yay! Congrats!
Yes its annoying when people say things that they know nothing about.
'Til He returns, or calls me home,
Here in the power of Christ I stand.
It sounds like movement! Congrats!
Yes that's extremely annoying when people say that. I've tried to learn to ignore them. Some people seem to think that pregnancy can only go one way it it's the way that theirs did. Try to ignore it.
I'm glad you posted this, because I was going to ask. Last week I felt bubbles and what seemed to be fluttering, I also passed it of as gas. I talked to the doc on Friday and she asked me to describe it. She told me that it was the little one. She noticed that women with active u/s sometimes feel the baby earlier. I was excited, but sad that I had to wait a few days to be excited.
Then yesterday on our ride home from work I was getting on DH about something. I think it was about him not being able to carpool the next day and me basically being lazy..:). Well during this I felt an abrupt kick to my mid-stomache region. I told DH that I think I just felt a baby kick and he replies, "see he doesn't want you to yell at me". DH was so proud that the baby was defending him already.
ETA: I agree with you about all of the pg experts int he world.
The funny thing is that I was having a big emotional moment and I felt like the baby was comforting me... they already love us
