My skin has always been problematic. On my face, upper arms, and upper back, I break out. What type of products do you recommend for cleansing and keeping your skin nice and smooth but it also safe to use while pregnant? Thanks in advance!
I haven't found anything that actually helps. Right now I use a peach scrub in the shower, but all it seems to do is make my face smell nice. Sorry I couldn't help! I'll be checking to see if anyone else has recommendations though!
I have been using the good old cetaphil since becoming pregnant because there is basically nothing in it and it has worked out fine. I also use the peach scrub to exfoliate and when my skin acts up I use the the Neutragena Oil Free Cleaner
I use a line called Yonka, it can be kind of a pain to find, but higher-end salons and spas sometimes have it. It's all natural and very gentle. I didn't really have break-outs, but I had very bad combination skin (oily and dry at the same time) which is sooo hard to treat. My skin has been great since I started this a few years ago. It's expensive, but you only use a little bit and it last forever.

I also use Cetaphil sometimes too.
