Is there a breastfeeding class that takes place on Saturdays and is open to anyone? I am not finding a class that I can actually attend or isn't outrageously priced.

I'm not sure what day it is held, but Eastside medical offers a breastfeeding class. I wanna say it was something like $50 for the class. It might have been less than that, but I can't remember. One of the nurses from the Women's Group of Gwinnett is the one who is in charge of all of the classes there. Her name is Beverly. Their phone no. is 770-979-4700. HTH!
Not sure about Saturdays, but we (DH and I) went to the one at Kennestone. It's $30 and I really liked it. They even give you a book. Ours was like 2 hours on a Tuesday night.
I delivered at Dekalb, but we took ours at Piedmont and it was on a Saturday and free. I think they do it every other month, so it was packed. Definitely get there early for a seat.
I also did the Saturday class at Piedmont. It was packed, so definitely get there early. DH came too and was relieved that there were a ton of other dads there as well. Very good class.
The Knot won't share my Bump Siggy, so here's the low-down:
4/27/07 - Got engaged!
8/31/08 - Got married (to my best friend)!
12/30/08 - Got Pregnant!
9/3/09 - Welcome to the world, Elias Solomon!
8/16/10 - Got Pregnant, again!
5/14/11 - Welcome to the world, Talia Hadassah!
1/14/12 - Ready or not, here comes #3 (EDD 9/27/12)
Piedmont Hospital offers a free class and it takes place on saturdays. You have to sign up in advance by calling one of their Lactation consultations. This is the class I went to and it was informative plus it's a couples class.
BTW- it's a large class in an auditorium and it was packed!
