my stomach needs to learn a new trick

these day my tummy does 2 things: nausea or heartburn. always one or the other.  start feeling puky so i eat hoping it helps, then i get heartburn. then i take a tums to make that go away and i throw up again. rinse and repeat. this sucks

Yep. Sadly, it just tends to get worse (at least on the heartburn front).

Instead of Tums, try taking Zantac or Pepcid before you get heartburn
