I've ordered several nursing bras from Bravado since I had Henry. My favorites being the Body Silk Seamless and Embellished Microfiber.
Anywho... one of my body silk bras started to come unraveled at one of the seams on the back part of the shoulder strap, and I've only had the thing for 6 weeks. This is the first one I've had a problem with so clearly this is just a defect... all the others have held up great.
I went back and forth about what to do... email them and ask for a replacement or just let it go since it's been more than 45 days (which is their cutoff for returns/exchanges). Since these babies cost $50 a pop I decided to go ahead and email and ask for a free replacement or at least a discount on a replacement. I emailed and explained the situation... how long I've had the bra and how I've cared for it.. and how it's falling apart.
So glad I did! They're totally replacing it, free of charge!! Score!! And they returned my email in about 12 hours time! Gotta love a company that stands behind their products and has great customer service!!
Just thought I'd share. If you're looking for nursing bras they're excellent! This is a completely isolated incident - all my other bravado bras are in great shape after being worn and washed a bazillion time. And their customer service is great too!!
