I had a huge migraine and this is the only thing that works. I tried Tylenol first with no relief. Would you dump? And for how long? I can't get ahold of lac services and google doesn't tell me much

ETA: I took a one asprin before after a call to my OB. And FWIW, I took it after LO ate, so she wasn't fed again for another 3 hours.
Ooops...I took ibuprofen, not asprin, so ignore my initial statement.
