Chicken and cornbread stuffing in the crockpot... THANK YOU!!  I made it tonight.. it was so easy and delicious!!!

4 pieces of boneless skinless chicken breast

garlic powder

onion powder

2 cans of cream of chicken

1/4 lb of butter

1 1/4 cup of water

one package of cornbread stuffing mix

put the chicken in a greased crockpot

mix onion powder and garlic powder with soup in a bowl also mix in a 1/2 a can of water..pour mixture over chicken.

Melt butter and mix with water and stuffing...spoon over chicken and soup...

Put crop pot on low and cook for 5 hours

 

 

Super easy and good!

Crock pot recipes never turn out well for me because I work 10 hour days and the chicken is always burnt.  Maybe I can try this on a weekend.
