anyone ttc with low progesterone?

Just got a call from dr. saying my progesterone is around a 6 and should be at least a 10?  She had to talk to the dr. but hasnt called back, so hopefully tomorrow I can get some answers...she said Clomid, but is that the answer?  I thought I o'd this month since I had a temp shift and FF said I O'd last tuesday..anyone else go through this?

sorry, I haven't.  Maybe try posting on the trouble TTC board.  I hope you get things figured out really quickly.

I was.  They think this is why I had the m/c.  I had short luteal phases, I was charting.  The RE put me on crinone (which is a progesterone suppository that doesn't drip out as much as the regular stuff, although if you don't have a good drug plan, I think it is pretty expensive).

It seems to have worked because I got pg the next cycle after starting it.  I stayed on until 10 weeks and recently stopped.  I was very nervous to stop!

I never heard that clomid helps with progesterone?

Oh, I would also start taking the crinone about 2 days past ovulation, detected by blood tests and BBT.

I had low progesterone when TTC #2.

My OB prescribed progesterone vaginal suppositories which I started about 2 days after ovulation and took until about 12 weeks.  The first month I was on them- I got my BFP.
