I had to get blood drawn today. I have to go to the lab. The same girl is always there and she is so b!tchy! She was being way nicer today until she asked about my weight.

Her: This paperwork says maternal weight is 122. Is that right?

Me: No, that order is about 10 weeks old.

Her: Yeah, you look like you weigh a lot more than that.

LOL! I wasn't even mad, because I actually weigh 135. I was just surprised, I would never make a comment about anybody's weight, whether I thought they weighed more or less!

At least she's good at drawing blood, I have to give her that.?

I probably would have been too shocked to do anything but laugh. At least you took it with good humor, if I didn't get shocked by it I could see myself being upset by it and making a not so nice comment back.

Wow. Well, how can one get mad, cause you do weigh more than that, it's just fact but to say that is pretty rude!

It's funny, the girl who draws my blood was super cold... until I had to start having blood draws every few days for progesterone. Then she kinda warmed up and told me she was pregnant too, a few weeks behind me, and now we actually chat whenever I have to go in vs. me sitting there averting my gaze out of awkwardness, lol. Kind of funny.
