From what I've read, the food you eat doesn't impact your baby's gas. My baby is quite gassy, and i was really hoping for a solid answer on this, but everywhere i checked it said that nothing you eat will make baby gassy.
I have always heard that eating a lot of broccoli & cauliflower isn't good for baby gas ~ so I stay away from much of those ~ but other than that, idk.
In addition to the ones listed I have heard that garlic and spicy food cause gas too. However, I ate everything when I BFd DS and it never bothered him. Now, he loves to eat everything!

Yes, I heard that and onions and asparagus but there's nothing in any of the breast feeding books either.
Oh, well.
Laney, your son is ADORABLE. I love that hooded towel pic.
Hahah I just responded to another post of yours on 0-6.lol.
Foods that make my baby gassy are the obvious: Dairy, Soy, beans, fried foods don';t go over well, um...can't think of any more....
I'm thinking cereal is affecting her too...
Thank you!!!
