Left Ovary Pain?

So, I am 22 weeks and 5 days along. Yes, due on CHRISTMAS!! I go to the doc for a normal appointment tomorrow. I do have a question. I have a nagging pain in my lower left side. I have had cysts and things on this ovary before. The pain is not bad, more like a dull ache. Is this contributed to RLP? Just BABY BOY getting so big down there? Just wanting some input! Thanks!

Could be a cyst. I now have them on BOTH ovaries. Joy! I would ask the dr. RLP feels different than a cyst. Explain what you're feeling and they will have the best answer for you. Hang in there.?
