Trying to relax (VENT)

I come into work today and find out that one of the guys that is suppose to help out b/c one of the girls quit is not doing his part.  It ends up that something was not done and it fell back on me and the office manager b/c of this one guy.  I got so annoyed and aggravated which made me stressed out...so now I am trying to relax and keep telling my little man that everything is ok.

Thanks for listening it is alittle more relaxing now that I got a place to vent from time to time.

Re: Trying to relax (VENT)

  • Work is stressful enough on it's own, without adding the stress of pregnancy.  I find that I feel aggravated, angry, depressed, etc so much more now that I am dealing with being pregnant.  I feel like everything thinks I can't do my job.

Hope you are able to relax.

  • Once I told the office manager how I felt and that I am sick of me and him doing all the work and the extra guy getting one scott free.  I complained, went to the bathroom cried alittle of course and feel better now.

  • I'm sorry you're having such a rough day at work. I'm in a similar situation at my job where I feel several people aren't pulling their weight so I can completely understand how frustrated and stressed you are. Hang in there!

  • Thanks.  It is great to have somewhere to go to vent.
