Ugh, killer cramps

so I'm on CD3 and day 4 of my stims.... I have horrific period cramps... I also had an upset belly on top of that on Sunday/Monday... is this crampy feeling from my period or from follistim/menopur? I am popping Tylenol every 4 hours (RE said it was ok) and using a heating pad but still so uncomfortable......

I am a bit curious as to why you started stims before starting AF.  Typically they have you start stims on CD 3.
