Switching drs. What questions should I ask?

Ok, so my dh and i agreed that I could switch to Tricare standard instead of prime.  So now I need to find a new dr.  I have a consultation scheduled with a midwife in a couple of weeks and am trying to think of questions to ask to make sure that she and I are a good fit.  The problem is, I can't think of any questions!  I have ideas about the delivery but other than that I can't think of anything.
