Nursery--does this idea sound ok?

We have silver sage (green) walls and espresso furniture.  The bedding is very light pink, and most of the accents in the room are light pink and white.  There are white butterfly decals on the walls, the white hanging pottery barn butterfly chandelier, and sheer white curtains.  The name letters over the crib are white.  (so in other words, LOTS of white)

I found a dutailier wood rocker on craigslist that is white wood with a tan cover.

Should I not get it because all of the rest of my furniture is espresso?  I have an espresso crib, dresser, and changing table.

I don't think it would look that bad, especially if you have so many other white accents!

I think it's fine. I like it when rooms aren't all matchy matchy. Otherwise it looks like you just took what you saw at the funiture showroom and put it in the room.

I think it sounds great... but I'm not a big fan of everything matching furniture.

Get it!  It's a steal and looks to be in great shape. If you get it in the room and it looks like thre is too much white, just sand it down and paint it espresso to match the rest of the furniture - done!

Get it!  I think it will look great.  If you didn't have white accessories already I may think otherwise.  You could always paint it later if you need a change.
