I actually wore a regular plus sized dress I had, it was loose prior to being pg but tight now. Only issue was I was a little too chesty and didn't notice until I saw the pics...but oh well, I got lots of good comments on it.

I had my first one Saturday and I wore black maternity pants (stretchy, comfy, but still dressy looking) and a nice shirt from Khols. I'll probably do the same at my other shower in late Sept. If it was really hot I had a cotton jersey dress from Target I would have worn Saturday. I'm sticking to the comfy, but semi-dressed up approach.
I was a size 16 pre-pg. I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up wearing a fun maxi dress with a cardigan to my showers. I'll be shopping for them this weekend. I'm going to hit up Kohl's first, I've been cruising their site and noticed they have a few that peaked my interest. Otherwise, I'll check out Motherhood, even though I absolutely despise that store. Their clerks are so effin' pushy.

skinny, average or plus size I'm a full believer in pants or capris. There is a lot going on with all the presents and if you're anything like me you'll be sweating like a pig and SO thankful that with everything going on you don't have to worry about keeping your legs together.

I wore a plus size (I was an 18/20 before PG and I bought a size 22) dress that I found at Lane Bryant. The cut was perfect and I was very comfortable.
I have my first one Saturday, I am wearing a dress that I bought at Burlington, it's very long down to my ankles, so I wont be worried about opening gifts etc.

Hopefully I won't be sweating too much, my showers are in mid-Sept and mid-Oct in northern MN. If anything, I might be chilly in a dress. The reason I am going with a maxi dress, is because it will go down to my ankles/cankles and I will not have to worry about giving my guests and cameras a show )

It's non maternity.

I'm wearing the blue dress in my bio that I wore to a summer wedding at 25 weeks. I got it at Motherhood and I really like it.
