I just bought an exercise ball, I needed a new one anyway. I don't think there is any difference between birthing/exercise balls. Mine is 55cm, which is for people under 5'3". 65cm is the next size up and I think that is for 5'3" to 5'9".

Target, generic brand exercise ball in the yoga aisle. I got 55". I am 5'6" and it is a little short... I kind of wish I had the 65" one but it is fine. Depends how much you want to squat I guess.
