Spit up question

My 5 week old spits up A LOT, but she is a happy spitter.  I mean, she spits up tons.  The pedi said not to worry as long as she is gaining weight and not fussy.  Well, this morning, she has spit up twice now and it doesn't look right.  It's bright yellow (think French's mustard) and very thick and kind of curdy.  I'm trying to decide whether to watch and see if she does it again, or go ahead and take her to the pedi. 

 Anyone seen this before?

Sometimes my DD spits up the thick curdy stuff but it is never yellow.  I think that means that it is coming back up from the stomach versus just extra that never got down there.  The yellow may be bile or something from her stomach.  I have no idea and am just guessing.  I think I would call in to the pedi and ask what you should do.
