3rd Trimester

anybody else just feel to tired to have the baby??

I don't know what my problem is, up untill now I couldn't wait for him to come and now that he can I just feel to lazy to do all that work! I honestly pray at night that he doesn't come unless it is the morning or after noon time so I have some energy to make it through the laboring process.....lol   I guess I just needed to vent and hopes there are others as lazy as I am ;)

  • Sometimes when I'm stumbling to the bathroom for the fourth time in the middle of the night, I think "Oh, please don't let my water break until I've slept a few more hours..."

I'm hoping the adrenalin rush gets me at least partially through labor.

  • I'm no where NEAR the end like you are but I understand the exhaustion.  I was going to do some work in the nursery today and I just got up and shut the door.  I couldn't even look in the room without feeling exhausted.

  • I've said that several times. A couple nights ago I started having some pretty rough contractions around 11:30 pm, and I was like, "I really hope I don't go into labor right now, I'm just too tired."
  • I'm exhausted, but I want this baby in my hands!! But I will admit, I'm exhausted!
  • Agreed... I slept in this morning and took a 2 hour nap today and I'm just exhausted, My luck I'll get comfy in bed one night and my water will break. Wonder if you can sleep a little before going to the hospital : )
  • I was in exactly your position a few weeks ago.  I started having contractions one night and was just dreading going into stronger labor.  Imagine my happiness when I stayed in early labor for two days, was able to sleep well during those two nights and finally had the baby after a VERY FAST 1 1/2 hours of "real labor."
