we bought an extra and have switched a few times. gets dirty kind of quick IMO.

We have an extra one but I've never used it.  I have washed and dried ours the same day or used the boppy w/o a cover.  I wash & dry the boppy occasionally too.

Yes! Your little one will likely spit up on it, and we've had several diapers leak on our boppy while feeding. I actually wish I had two extra covers.

Yes, I would definitely get an extra.  Mine gets leaked on daily!  Actually I have a Brest Friend with a cover and I wish I had an extra cover for it.  I like it much better than my boppy.

Yes, there will inevitably be a late night where the baby spits up or something on the bobby and you need to switch it out.  Our cover doesn't get changed often.  But, the 2 have definitely both gotten use.

we have 2... DS had some diaper explosions in the beginning ... i was glad we had a spare!

yes- i just had a diaper explosion one night and had no idea until after i fed her on the boppy  (i was half asleep and didnt realize!)

so i was happy that i had an extra one bc there was no way i was washing that sucker at 4am
