So I had DS at 33 weeks - spontaneous water breaking - still unexplained but I think I had PTL.  So my questions is, if you delivered early with #1 and later with #2 what did you do differently to get #2 closer to full term?

 Going to be TTC very soon and I'll be a nervous wreck!

#1 was born at 36 weeks (to the day) and #2 was born at almost 38 weeks. I did nothing differently, since there was nothing I "did" that caused me to go into labor prematurely the first time.

PTL means that you went into labor prematurely, so yes, you did have PTL
