Sharing a room

Our townhouse has 2 master bedrooms so DD and the new baby will have to share a room. We will keep #2 in our room until about 3 months so DD will be 19 months. Is it a nightmare or does it work out ok?

    It will be ok.  Our two boys share a room.  My 2nd son shared a room with us until he was about 4 months old and then he moved in with his brother.  At first they would wake each other up, but now they can sleep through each other noises and fussing.

    I would move the baby in when they are STTN. For me, since I have bad sleepers, I'd have a baby in my room for a year. DS is 8 months old and is nowhere near STTN.

    My kids don't share rooms, but if they did, I would wait until they were all STTN. I wouldn't want to have to put 2 kids back to bed if one woke up and woke the other.
