so today my boss asked me some interesting ?'s

b/c his wife is pregnant and he went to daddy class the other night:

1.  Did you walk around/do the bathtub thing?  

2.  Was your DH in the room with you? (um..it's 2009, not 1909.  While some wives might not want them in there, MINE was not missing it)

3.  Did the doctors have to help you push to get Shane out?  

Now, I have no issue answering these questions and I did, but it's just weird because he is my boss and I'd rather his wife just call me so we can chat.

That's nothing. You should of heard my boss' questions when his wife was pregnant with twins!

Hahahaha. That's funny and nice of you to answer. The guy who cuts my hair was asking me all these questions about my birth, did I have drugs? a c-section? He's like 23 so I was puzzled as to why he was asking. Turns out he has a baby at home.

oh I know it's only going to get worse from here as he starts to learn more.  She's only 14ish weeks. 

I remember the day (vivdly) when I had my membranes stripped and he asked me what that was.

My old boss and I talked about way more personal stuff than that! We were more like buddies than boss/employee though. Like you said, I'm sure it will only get worse as his wife gets closer to delivery.
