Baby Vicks-Anybody use this yet?

My mom suggested Vicks Baby Vapor Rub for our LO who has had congestion for over a week now.  Has anyone tried this with any sucess?

We've used it before.  We use it at night and it seems to help DD sleep a little better if she's really congested.

We used it too the other week when DS had a cold...it seemed to work fine...

We used it for DS around 6 months when he had a cold, but we put it on the soles of his feet with socks over. It helped him get better right away.

Why the soles of the feet instead of the chest?
