I have the humidifier on because the A/C is really drying out the air and Sam is also struggling with some kind of illness right now.?

Maybe some baby motrin to bring down some of the inflammation in her nose?  I think we can start giving that at 6 months...

I don't know if you can do a Vaporub on babies, but my mom used to do it for my congestion when I was young. Check with your pedi, if possible, but it worked wonders.

Humidifier if you have one.  We've been fighting a cold the past ~2 weeks and my pedi mentioned that more frequent feedings might be good in case her throat is sore - it'd be nice for her to have something to drink to help her throat.

We don't use vaporub, but we have a vicks thing that you plug into the wall. It really helps!
