I had to take in the entire bassinet and the receipt if I had it.  Originally, the lady on the phone was going to give me $99 in-store credit.  That's better than nothing for sure.  I brought it and the manager talked to me and gave me the full price i paid.

B/c of the situation with Simplicity going bankrupt, stores had to do the recalls on their own.  That's very honorable to me - and even tho USA Baby can be more expensive than some baby places - I'll be going back.

That's awesome they gave you full price!

SIL bought hers at Walmart and took it in after I sent her that post earlier this week. She said they gave her full credit for it too.

I heard on the news today that TWO more babies have died...PEOPLE-SERIOUSLY!!! STOP USING THIS THING! Ugh...

I heard it was a 6mo old and a 2 or 3mo old-but I can't find that online. This is all I can find.
