So my kid is teething and has a fever. As I get him calmed I hear loud banging from outside.....they're tearing apart our road! I asked how long they'll be out there. All freaking day.

Maybe you should put on some soothing music in the baby's room.  It may help drown out the outside noise.  Sorry....That really sucks.
