Weekend plans?

What are you doing this weekend?

Tonight- Taking DS to the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival to watch about 30 balloons fill up and go up. So excited!

Saturday- Buying DS some Fall clothes, then going to my friend's Birthday Bowling party. (I do plan to kick DH's butt at bowling...show no mercy!)

Sunday- Visit with mom and chill out.?

Re: Weekend plans?

  • I'm working today and then watching a little boy tonight so his parents can go out for their anniversary.

Tomorrow morning I am having coffee with the parents of a little girl and boy I might be nannying for.

I really have no idea what I'm doing this weekend other than that.

  • You have a nice busy weekend planned! They have the hot air balloon festival near my parents in the fall i wonder if its the same and they travel . Dh and I went up in one several years ago.. very cool.

This weekend we'll probably just hang around home for once. We've had very busy weekends this summer lol Enjoy!! and kick dh's butt saturday haha

  • We're going to Thomas the Train at our local park that has old historical train rides. They have a facade of Thomas the Train they put on real train. It's really cute. Hopefully my dc will dig it.
I got pregnant with PCOS after many years of IF! Thank you Lord! Lilypie Fourth Birthday tickers Lilypie First Birthday tickers

  • Today - work until 6pm, pick up DS, then home for pizza! (Is it odd that is the thing I'm most exciteda bout this weekend? I love pizza nights!)

Saturday - work 10am to 2pm then if the weather cooperates probably go down to the boardwalk for the end of summer Bayfest. Due to the storm in the Atlantic, the waves are supposed to be pretty spectacular.

Sunday - hopefully catch up on some cleaning, laundry, and rest. DS and I got back from TX w/ colds and now DH has it so he's fallen apart as some men tend to do when they get a little sniffle. I'll probably have to try to nurse him back to health despite his refusing to take any type of medication, vitamin, etc. He's a man so he has to just tough it out while crying the whole time.

  • Girls' night out tonight. Haven't had one in a while, and have had a crappy week, so I'm looking forward to it.

Now that I'm finally feeling better (been sick for almost 2 weeks now), I have to do some housecleaning tomorrow. If there's no rain, Ian and I will have a Mommy & Son date. DH is going to a baseball game with a friend.

No clue for Sunday. Probably just hang out at my parents', as usual.

    Enjoy your weekend!

That sounds like so much fun! I'm sure your DC will love it!?

  • Tonight is Parents Night Out at DD's DCP so we don't have to pick her up until 8:30.  Dinner alone...where to go?

Sat. - I'm training for 1/2 marathon in Nov, so I'm supposed to run 5 miles but it's supposed to rain all day.  I hope not but if it does I'll try to get the house cleaned up.

I'll also be thinking about a family reunion in NY that I'll be missing :-(

Sun - go to the mall maybe.  DD needs new shoes badly.  I could use some new clothes as well.
