Babies: 9 - 12 Months

milestone theory

I was wondering if this was found to be true.  Do you think there is a correlation between teeth/temperament and early milestones.  My DS will seem to be working on a milestone and then a tooth starts and it all goes out the window.  He has been pretty consistently teething and hasn't hit some of the milestones that other babies his age have.  Also I have a few friends that have babies that are hitting milestones freakishly early.  However both babies were extremely good natured and "easy".  DS was not.  He was extremely colicky and he still has a temper that is unbelievable.  What do you think?

Re: milestone theory

  • DS is an easy baby, very chill and relaxed, and still isn't crawling. ?He's not pulling up or anything. ?Boys tend to hit milestones a little later, it's not true in all boys, obviously, but it's the general trend. ?
