WWYD fever?

Maddie woke up this morning with a fever of 100.5 and very cranky. I gave her some motrin and she seems to be feeling better. I called out of work and told them if she feels better later, I would come in. I bring her to a babysitter so there isn't any rule about fever and whatnot. She has no other symptoms besides the fever and is teething hardcore so I would think the two are related. Would you just stay home all day even if she is feeling better or bring her to the babysitter and go to work? I always have such a guilt trip about missing work.

Honestly I would go to work.  As long as she is feeling okay, I think it is more important to use those days for when she really needs Mommy TLC.
