An update on my pretty little baby

Just wanted to give an update. So far, shes doing well. She has been taken off the CPAP and was moved to a nose cannula...right now, however SHE IS BREATHING ON HER OWN! She does go back and fourth with needing a little help through her cannula but its so much better. She was able to eat this evening for the first time and she loved it. Unfortunatly they wouldnt let her breast feed since her oxygen levels are only in 80%'s and her irradic breathing but I was able to pump a few ML's and that was mixed with her formula. She may be moved to the transitional unit in the next dew days, so keep your fingers crossed!

Awesome news on the c-pap graduation and the only occassional use of the nasal cannula!!!!! She is a champ - just like her mommy!  I hope everything progresses quickly and she gets to be at home with you all soon!
