No AF with 12 mo old

I have been breastfeeding just twice a day, once at night and once in the morning for about 2 months now and still no AF. Before, I was feeding twice a day and pumping once a day for about 3 months.  I'm not complaining at all but just want to know if anyone has experienced a long delay like myself.

I got my first pp period a week after DD turned one.

I stopped BFing at 7 months and didn't have AF until almost 1 yr. DS is 18 months and i've only had AF 4 times since he was born. Sucks because we are TTC.

Thanks!  I was starting to get a bit worried.  Everyone I know had their first pp af while they were breastfeeding around the 8 month mark, if not earlier.

My OB always told me to not expect AF until I was completely finished BF'ing. He said most women do not O until then. I too weaned very slowly. I stopped at 13 months and AF came 1 month later
