Anyone have the Evenflo Titan Elite Convertible Car Seat?

What do you think? I really don't have the money to buy an expensive seat right now and I have heard great things about the moderately priced ones. Some people have said the straps get twisted easily. What are your experiences with it?

TIA!

  • We have one in my car ( we had to buy it in a pinch, Dh took our car seat to work and I had to get to work) its OK, it does the job but it doesn't seem to recline. DS has never been a fussy car baby so he does just fine and I drive 2+ hours to work with him. Yes the straps do get twisted. Overall its OK. What about the Triumph? We got ours at Walmart for 140. I love it so far.

I am debating between this one and the Triumph.

  • Get the triumph it is a lot better. they have them for 109.99 at allbeebaby.com and we paid like 60 for the titan and it is worth the extra. It took me 30 seconds to install it and it he was so much more comfy his head didn't fall forward. and easier to adjust the harness etc.
