My OB told me to expect it. I had DS almost 2 weeks early and she said to expect DD at least that early, if not earlier, because of the GD.
I am not sure if it is a steadfast guideline though.
ETA: I forgot to put that with DS I did not have GD. I was borderline but not enough to be diagnosed so that is why I think she thinks that I will go even earlier with DD.
Based off my current numbers & ultrasound measurements, my OB is comfortable letting me go to 41 weeks naturally.
My OB just confirmed this for me yesterday. I'm still allowed to go to 41.5 weeks if nothing changes. Not that I expect to have that kind of luck... but a girl can dream, right?

39 weeks is the latest my Dr. will let me go with GD.
Hopefully I won't have to go any sooner.
