If your LO has reflux, ? for you

DD has reflux and has been taking Zantac. She has been doing great with her veggies and fruit off a spoon. However, when we tried applesauce she seems to "relapse" with her reflux symptoms. Spitting up, arching her back all the same things. Has you experienced this? Could it be the applesauce? Just curious.

    Could be.  Some things just tend to bring it on more than others. Try not giving it for a moth or so, then re-introduce it.  GL!

    Yes, applesauce and apple juice has irritated LO's reflux before.

    We haven't had that, and it's interesting to me b/c apples are supposed to be on the 'good' list for reflux sufferers.  IDK.  I agree with the pp's, give it a break and see if she improves--maybe there's just something about it that's not working for her.
