Zero self control

Even though most of you told me not to, I tested this morning.  I event old myself, "only test if your temp goes up".  It went down.... but not a drop, really.  So I tell myself thats just normal flux.  Then Im imagining what my chart looks like in my head, and think 'maybe I O'ed a day earlier, but it'd be hard to tell with temps from my fever....'  So then I roll over, and ask Pat "should I test?"  He says yes.  So there you have it.  I knew he would say yes, thats why I asked him, and now I have a lovely BFN to help me learn my lesson.  But I'm sure I wont, and will be doing the same thing next cycle.

On a side note.  If this isnt my BFP cycle (and yes, I know, Im only 10dpo and not to count myself out just yet) I have to fly DH to hawaii next month.  His grandfather isnt doing too well, and his dad and sister are flying there too.  So I think he will be gone for FWP week

Sorry you got a BFN, they really bite the big one. Luckily, you're not out yet. If so and DH is in Hawaii for FWP week, any chance you could tag along????

Im sorry... I gave all my pee sticks to DH and told him to hide them.... so now I have to make sure I dont buy one when it comes time to test... =( i lack self control as well...

oh man, i was thinking about you and hoping you'd report a bfp today! but 10dpo is so early... i have to remind myself of that because i got a BFN yesterday, too! i'm going to try not to test until saturday... even though i sense a temp drop tomorrow. and i'm begining to wonder if these cramps are a precursor to AF. blah.

i am wishing you much luck! when is the next time you'll test?

Awww, I'm so sorry.  Stark whiteness on tests really sucks.  Even if we all know better.
