We went shopping and I was putting some formula in our cart and some lady, probably in her 40s, said, "You know breastmilk is best...that formula is nothing compared to the benefits your baby gets from your own milk." I was about ready to rip her open, but DH (being the calmer one of the two of us) said, "I wasn't aware our choice of how to feed our child was any of your business, but thank you for your concern." The lady just stared at him and then got all huffy and stomped away. Stupid biitch. That was the first time I had been openly judged about feeding Kelsey formula. I wanted to throw a can of formula at her...hag.
Re: DH stood up for me to a judgemental hag b!tch yesterday.
I would have....and I bf.
Nosey old biitach.
He was much nicer than I would have been.
Dumb witch.
ughhhhhh good for your DH.
we both get "hot headed" but when it comes to saying things to strangers its best for my DH to speak too-- I just get nasty.
That would have made my day and his night! Go hubby!
My lupus Birth Story
wtf?
Where do these people come from? I've had some very mild side-eyes from family members about formula, but no one has DARED to say a word to me, let alone a complete stranger.
Wow, some people have a lot of nerve.
So glad your DH stood up for you!
