Is it weird that I can't wait for Thanksgiving with LO?

Since she'll be able to sample pretty much everything on the table. 

Back at Easter she sat on my mom's lap and stared holes through everything we were serving but she wasn't even on cereal yet.  Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve/Christmas are going to be fun!  The day after her birthday will be our Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner and she'll get to taste seafood for the first time.  If she's anything like her parents, that'll be a HIT.

I am excited too!!  Brooke was a little over a month old last Thanksgiving and it was sort of stressful.

The holidays will definatly be more fun this year. I was so excited for last year but she just was blob pretty much.

My husband and I were talking about this the other day.  She would have just turned one on Thanksgiving and I am sure will enjoy all the food. 

I remember being in the hospital on Thanksgiving day and thinking, "Hmm by this time next year she will be one and eating people food and possibly walking."  It seemed so surreal when I looked at that tiny little newborn in my arms.
