Dehydrated?

It's been a battle lately trying to get DD to drink her formula..whether in a bottle, sippy, whatever, she just doesn't want it - usually eventually I'll get her to drink but it's a fight.  She does drink a little water throughout the day as well because it's been so hot.  After her afternoon nap yesterday, DD changed her and said her diaper wasn't really wet (not as wet as usual I guess).  She wouldn't finish her diner bottle last night and when she got up this morning, her overnight diaper seemed to have no pee in it which is VERY unusual.  She did drink 6 of her 7 oz. bottle this morning.  Should I give her some pedialyte to make sure she's not dehydrated or maybe just wait and check one or two more diapers before giving that?
