Can anyone tell me about silent reflux?

I am wondering if this could be what's made my happy baby (5 months old) fussy most of the time.  I read about it and she seems to have a lot of the "symptoms," but not all of them.

Both of my girls had/have it.  Neither spit up much at all, but they would scream/arch their backs within a few minutes of starting to eat, sounded congested, get incredibly fussy at other times, and sound like they were spitting up but nothing would come out.  Both started eating smaller amounts more often as well so their bellies would be less full and it would hurt less.  My older daughter did really well on zantac for a few months then went off it without a problem around 6 months.  My younger daughter started zantac today and I hope it works for her too!

I was going to post a question about this myself - my DD will start eatting and suddenly start screaming, gets really stiff - I thought it was gas, but burping doesn't seem to comfort her. She also has some of the other symptoms but sleeps great and is gaining weight well, she also never spits up.  Curious to see replies.
