Switching to convertible car seat

    just made the switch at 9 months.  she is 29 inches and maxed out in her infant seat

    DS still had about 1-2 lbs until he was over the limit but he was getting tight.  We switched at 10.5 months - almost 1 year but not quite.

    We switched just before 8 months. She is 19 pounds and it was getting way to heavy to carry around. She looks so much more comfy in the new car seat.

    DS would still fit in his infant carrier (only 17lbs at 9 months and well within the height limits), but he was starting to hate the infant carrier.  He wanted to sit up in the car, instead of recline, so we switched him at 8 months.
