sometimes it is a 1 nap day

today was a 2 nap day.  We have had many melt downs today and many skinned knees (mine too)  Days like this, Mama needs a drink.

So, when you have a two nap day, how long are the naps? When DD has a two nap day, it ends up being the same total amount of time as when she has a one nap day. Just curious if yours is the same. Sometimes DD has to have 2 naps, though. She has days where she's just too grumpy to stay awake any longer.

the second nap can be any where form 45 mins to 1.5 hours extra of sweet blissful silence.  His first nap was a good 2 hours + today.  I think we are going to see a new tooth any day and that is part of the problem.

Poor baby for getting a new tooth but Hooray for Mama! More than 3 hours of naptime would be glorious!

How do you get him to take the second nap?  DS got up way early yesterday, then napped early, and was done napping by 11:30.  I attempted a second nap at 3 pm, but it was a great big FAIL.
