Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

my memorial projects - PIP

My first Hope project was a copy of her hand and foot prints framed for my immedate family with the saying in my signature and her name.  I am slowly making my rounds to give these out.

I really wanted to frame a picture of her.  But, most were so dark since her skin was still so thin.  Finally today I got up the nerve to edit some of her pictures.  I am happy with the results.  I framed her picture, her foot and hand prints, and the saying and her name in my dining room.

  • What a beautiful way to remember her.
  • OMG - what you did is beautiful and your little Hope is beautiful too!  You really make me want to do something similar with the pictures and prints I have of Colin and Ian.  Hmm.....I may have to discuss this with my DH.  At first he didn't want any pictures up of them b/c he said that it would make him too sad, but I think it's a great idea.  They still are our babies.
  • It's perfect~and I'm so sorry for your loss.

  • What a beautiful baby!  Wow.
  • There is a wonderful site that will retouch stillborn baby portriats.  I used it two and a half years ago for my DD Addison.  I love it because I am able to have a framed photo out of her.  There are some other sites I found in my google searches, but most of them charged. baby angel pics for free.
