probably a dumb question

I don't know if I've actually felt the baby hiccuping yet.  Is it a rhythmic tap?  Any insights would be helpful.  thanks a bunch!

    I didn't realize what it was for a while either! I thought it would feel like hiccups...but to me it feels more like a deep beating.

    When mine has hiccups it seriously reminds me of a dripping faucet, lol. It feels like a tap (drip...drip...drip...drip). My husband can feel it but wanted to know what it felt like and that's the only way I could think to discribe to feeling to him.

    I felt my LO's hiccups for the first time today! It felt like her lighter kicks, but in a pattern... Every second or half of a second I'd feel a little tap for a min or two. So cute! :)

    They hiccup a LOT faster than an adult or child would. It's a constant tapping sensation, as others have stated.
