such as bathtime, naps, bedtime

Re: What is your fave time of day with your LO?

  • Bedtime, when we snuggle on the chair and she is drinking her milk and I am reading her a book. It is the best 20 minutes of my day.

  • I enjoy dinner time. I like sitting beside him and asking how his day was and seeing him smile. Makes me happy to see him after a long day of work.
  • When she wakes up from her nap. She's always so happy, and usually in a silly mood.
  • In the morning after breakfast.  It is the one time of day he is really content to play independently, but after missing him all night I just sit right there by him and watch him play.  I am constantly trying to sneak in a cuddle or a kiss on the head, and he's like, "Mooomm!  I'm trying to play here!"  LOL.
  • After he wakes from a nap, he generally is 'talking' nonstop the second he lifts his head and is moving before his eyes even open.  He is so much like me and it cracks me up.  Now I understand why I was so entertaining to DH for all these years.
  • When he first wakes up in the morning.  He likes to cuddle for a little bit before starting his day.

  • When she first wakes up in the morning. I still give her a bottle then, and she's so sleepy and snuggly. I love it.

  • Right after her nap.  When I go in her room to get her she's always smiling and jumping up and down in her crib because she's so happy to see me :)
  • Right after naptime, he's usually still really mellow and will sit and hang out with me.  We sit in front of our picture windows and watch the world for 5-10 min.
  • When he wakes up.  He's so cheerful and just talks away! :-)
